About the Columnist
As Senior Entertainment Writer, Chuck Arnold covers the music beat, with reviews, critical commentary, artist profiles, in-depth features, trend pieces and music news stories. While Chuck has interviewed music icons such as Ringo Starr, Mary J. Blige, Dave Grohl and Alicia Keys, Chuck also writes about movies and TV, having profiled actors such as Liam Neeson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Daniel Kaluuya and Taron Egerton. A veteran music journalist who has also written for People, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone and Billboard, Chuck got his start as managing editor of his college newspaper, The Review, at the University of Delaware. He then was entertainment editor at the Philadelphia Daily News — in his hometown — and YM magazine. And when he’s not at a concert or listening to music on the headphones that are permanently attached to him, Chuck’s also a diehard tennis fan who doesn’t miss the US Open.
